Scrum Master - Active TS/SCI FSP Required

ACTIVE TS/SCI FSP REQUIRED

Applicants must have 1-5 years of experience working as Scrum Masters. Applicants will facilitate and be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team, ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to. Must be able to voice reason and authority and have the ability to elevate issues as they arise. Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.

Required Qualifications:

Organize and lead daily stand up meetings. Facilitate, plan and/or attend other meetings as required including demos, sprint reviews, Program Increment planning, retrospectives, etc. Ensure teams apply core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability and visibility. Collaborate with Leadership to ensure delivery. Work in partnership with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Development Managers to plan releases and manage product backlogs. endorse and present appropriate metrics to sustain continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
