Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Job Title: Scrum Master

Department: Agile Delivery / IT Projects

Reporting To: Agile Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Purpose:

To facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ensure effective collaboration between development, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery flow across sprints.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Agile best practices and organizational standards.
• Support release planning and risk management activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in software development/project delivery with 2+ years as Scrum Master.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
• Experience in Agile-at-scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
