Scrum Master / Business Analyst

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to lead IT automation initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring automation solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of automation projects (RPA, workflow automation, integrations)
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and document automation opportunities and requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with developers on tools like Automation Anywhere
• Drive backlog prioritization based on ROI and business impact

Required:

• 5+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or PM/BA roles
• Experience delivering automation or process improvement initiatives
• Strong PM/Scrum experience
• Solid business analysis and process mapping skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication

Preferred:

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Background in consulting or professional services
