Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, support our product teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams adhere to Agile principles and continuously improve their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, Scrum framework, and Agile mindset.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
• Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
• Promote transparency and open communication among team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
