Scrum Master - Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Scrum Master to improve execution, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams. This role goes beyond traditional Agile ceremonies — it is focused on driving productivity, ensuring task ownership, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will act as the central execution engine of the organization, ensuring that projects move fast, blockers are removed, and teams stay aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities1. Execution & Task Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end tracking of all cross-functional tasks and projects
  • Break down high-level goals into actionable tasks with clear ownership and timelines
  • Ensure daily/weekly tracking of deliverables across Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing
  • Enforce accountability and follow-through

2. Agile Implementation (Practical, Not Theoretical)

  • Implement lightweight Agile frameworks adapted for non-tech teams
  • Run daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Maintain sprint boards (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) and ensure real-time updates
  • Continuously improve workflows and team efficiency

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between departments to eliminate silos
  • Ensure dependencies between teams are identified and managed early
  • Drive alignment on priorities with leadership

4. Blocker Removal & Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks slowing down execution
  • Work with stakeholders to remove blockers quickly
  • Escalate critical issues when needed

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs related to productivity, delivery timelines, and task completion
  • Provide weekly reports on team performance and project status
  • Highlight risks, delays, and improvement areas

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum or operations/project management roles
  • Proven experience working with non-tech teams (Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams)
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, but ability to adapt them pragmatically
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp or any similar tool
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset — someone who chases outcomes, not just processes

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
