Client laptop will be provided. However, due to major order delays, supplier must temporarily provide a laptop to avoid delays in starting.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery of SAP S/4HANA in a hybrid scaled Agile environment at a leading utility company. This Scrum Master will support the Cutover team. Must have excellent Jira experience and ALM experience. Will be responsible for working with functional and technical scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation:

• Act as a servant leader for the Cutover team
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including defect management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.

Hybrid Agile Governance:

• Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams (e.g., data migration, testing, cutover).
• Ensure team alignment to program timelines.

Planning & Coordination:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrator Partners and SAP consultants to maintain a clear and prioritized cutover plan
• Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions (e.g., user stories, technical tasks, SAP-specific enhancements).
• Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across other SAP streams and legacy systems.

Tools & Technology:

• Expert Jira experience and advanced in MS Project
• AI Copilot

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery. Cutover experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment.
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be proficient in Jira and proficient in other tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents
