We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 1 year of professional experience to facilitate Agile processes across our development teams. The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science background, with preference for those who have prior experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA). The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile values and principles. Job Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.

Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprints.

Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team and support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Track team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, etc.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Skills Required

Strong understanding of Scrum.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Good knowledge of Agile tools like Jira.

Required Qualifications
