Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive innovative solutions to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

· Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications using frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

· Drive and implement microservices architecture to ensure modularity, flexibility, and efficiency.

· Optimize performance and ensure high availability of applications by implementing best coding practices and conducting code reviews.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to strategic decision-making.

· Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring skill enhancement and adherence to coding standards.

· Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and software development to ensure the team leverages cutting-edge tools and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· A minimum of 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

· Expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate and Golang.

· Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

· Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and design patterns.

· Proficiency in database management using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL).

· Hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient backend services using Go (Golang), with a strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and microservices architecture.

· Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

· Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
