About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to join our dynamic team at Stitch. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building high-performance, scalable web applications within the banking or fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience in frontend architecture and state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience working in banking or fintech projects is mandatory.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
