SDET Content Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDET Trainer & Content Developer with expertise in Java, Selenium and advanced testing frameworks like Hybrid and BDD (Cucumber). The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content, end-to-end test cases, and testing-related projects while ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role demands strong technical knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to proactively guide teams to improve content quality and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:

o Design and maintain educational content on software testing concepts, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on Java Selenium.

o Create projects, examples, and demonstrations of Hybrid and BDD frameworks for practical understanding.

2. Test Planning and Execution:

o Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and end-to-end test cases for diverse applications.

o Ensure content is aligned with the latest industry standards and client requirements.

3. Client Management:

o Interact with clients to gather requirements, ensure understanding, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

o Deliver testing-related projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

4. Technical Guidance:

o Proactively mentor and guide the team to enhance content quality and improve client relationships.

o Support and educate team members on CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation.

5. Tool Proficiency:

o Utilize tools like Eclipse, VSCode, and Git to develop and manage testing artifacts effectively.

o Demonstrate and integrate CI/CD pipelines within testing workflows.

6. Continuous Learning:

o Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing, frameworks, and tools.

o Explore and incorporate additional testing knowledge, such as web services and API automation, frontend testing, and database testing.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Java Selenium and hands-on experience with Hybrid and BDD frameworks.

· Proficiency with tools such as Eclipse, VSCode, and version control systems like Git.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.

· Good-to-have skills in C# Selenium, Python Selenium, web services, and API automation.

· Knowledge of frontend testing and SQL databases.

Communication and Client Management:

· Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

· Proven ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.

Project Development:

· Experience in creating end-to-end test cases and projects that align with client requirements.

· Sound knowledge of test planning and scenario creation.

Additional Qualifications:

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,987.30 - ₹50,158.57 per month
