• Physical design leadership and delivery of complex SoCs

• Ability to interact with fab ecosystem, previosu experience on process technology and fab interactions

• Experience in building teams in semiconductor service organizations

• Overseeing and managing complex design projects

• Good understanding of System Verilog or UVM

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Abiiity to work with customers through difficult escalaiions.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
