Sales Cubicle is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ”น Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

๐Ÿ”น Prospect and generate new clients through different channels

๐Ÿ”น Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients

๐Ÿ”น Understand client needs and present tailored solutions

๐Ÿ”น Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction

๐Ÿ”น Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

๐Ÿ”น Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality

๐Ÿ”น Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

Requirements:

โœ… 0โ€“3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)

โœ… Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

โœ… Target-driven with a client-focused mindset

โœ… Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

โœ… Comfortable with hybrid work
