Full Job Description
TAUT is looking for a motivated and performance-driven SDR / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified meetings, conducting consistent follow-ups, and ensuring strong appointment show-up ratios.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule qualified meetings for the closing team
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
- Maintain high show-up and conversion ratios
- Keep the sales calendar consistently booked with qualified prospects
- Update CRM and maintain accurate communication records
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve outreach performance
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and professional communication style
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations
- Professional attitude and accountability
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound prospecting or appointment setting
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
- Sales or customer support background is a plus
