Full Job Description

TAUT is looking for a motivated and performance-driven SDR / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified meetings, conducting consistent follow-ups, and ensuring strong appointment show-up ratios.

If you have excellent communication skills and understand outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up consistency, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified meetings for the closing team
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
  • Maintain high show-up and conversion ratios
  • Keep the sales calendar consistently booked with qualified prospects
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate communication records
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve outreach performance

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident and professional communication style
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations
  • Professional attitude and accountability
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound prospecting or appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
  • Sales or customer support background is a plus
