SDR (Sales Development Representative) – Onsite (Multan)*

*Location:* Wapda Town Phase 2, Multan

*Timings:* 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

*Salary*

PKR 30,000 – 50,000 + Commission

*Experience Required*

2–3 years in sales, lead generation, or outreach roles

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach (DMs, emails, calls)

* Initiate conversations and build rapport with prospects

* Identify pain points and create interest in the offer

* Book qualified appointments for the sales team

* Maintain and update CRM with accurate data

* Follow structured outreach frameworks and scripts

*Requirements*

* Strong communication and conversational skills

* Experience in cold outreach (especially social media & DMs)

* Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging

* Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

* Familiarity with digital marketing/services industry is a plus
