Key Responsibilities

Documentation Preparation: Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, and export invoices.

Coordination: Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, and clients.

Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.

Cargo Management: Manage documentation for FCL, LCL, and special cargo shipments. Requirements

Experience in freight forwarding or export documentation.

Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and international trade procedures.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
