Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensuring all MARS Purchase Orders (PO) are correctly placed into Oracle system for all sea shipments.
- Tracking shipment status and providing updated dialing.
- Running GIT report on Oracle and sending it daily.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data fields for all PO's in Oracle.
- Ensuring the available for sale process goes smooth through daily operational meetings with MLS.
- Maintaining SFDA inputs as part of sea clearance operations.
- Doing the reversals on SAP for Saudi.

Job Specifications
- Education & Professional Qualification
- A degree graduate in business or supply chain.
- Knowledge/Experience
- SAP (ATLAS) at Mars side.
- Oracle at Distributor's side.
- 0-2 years within a supply chain or related field work experience (preferably in FMCG).
- Systems knowledge is a must as the associate will manage one if not more systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.
