We are seeking a skilled and passionate Seafood Chef to join our team in Dammam and Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience in preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, quality, and hygiene. The candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes including fish, shrimp, lobster, crab, calamari, and other seafood items.
- Ensure all seafood is cleaned, stored, and handled properly according to food safety standards.
- Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor freshness and quality of seafood ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Control food waste and assist in inventory management.
- Support menu development and introduce creative seafood dishes.
- Previous experience as a Seafood Chef is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of seafood preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Candidates currently based in KSA are preferred.
- Valid transferable Iqama is a plus.
