Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Seafood Chef specializing in Fish Grilling and Marination to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing, marinating, seasoning, and grilling a variety of seafood dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

This position is open to locally available candidates in KSA from Asian nationalities who possess a valid and transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of seafood dishes, with a focus on grilled fish and marinated seafood.

• Develop and execute marination recipes to ensure exceptional flavor and consistency.

• Clean, portion, and prepare fish and seafood according to company standards.

• Monitor grilling temperatures and cooking times to ensure food quality and safety.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of seafood products.

• Maintain high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to management.

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Seafood Chef, Fish Grill Chef, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of fish preparation, seafood handling, grilling techniques, and marination processes.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia.

• Valid and transferable Iqama is required.

• Available for local hiring only.

• Asian nationalities preferred.
