Seals Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Sales & Business Development

Specialist to lead sales initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal

candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, developing

strategic partnerships, and managing high-value client accounts. This role requires strong

commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex deals.

Experience in the events sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of strategic business opportunities

to expand market share and client portfolio.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with

company objectives.

  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and strategic

partners.

  • Lead high-level negotiations and oversee the preparation of tailored proposals,

presentations, and commercial agreements.

  • Manage and optimize the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract

negotiation and closing—ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

  • Handle high-value and complex accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and

retention.

  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic reports to senior

management.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership) to

ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to

enhance brand positioning and generate leads.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify

growth opportunities and support strategic planning.

  • Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s

degree is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue growth.
  • Experience in event management, exhibitions, or creative services is highly

preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional

teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
