Responsibilities

• Measure and assess building structures to determine the correct gutter lengths and configurations using blueprint reading and schematics.
• Install seamless gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques, ensuring secure attachment and proper slope for water runoff.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders safely, and verifying all necessary materials are on hand.
• Use caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation skills to ensure gutters are sealed tightly and aesthetically finished.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to meet safety standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving roofing, siding, or restoration work that integrates gutter systems seamlessly.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and future reference.

Experience

• Prior experience in construction site work with a focus on gutter installation or related trades such as roofing, siding, or carpentry.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute installations.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (if applicable), and fabrication techniques relevant to gutter systems.
• Knowledge of construction management principles including safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Skills in construction estimating, inspection, drywall finishing (plastering), masonry, or concrete finishing are advantageous.
• Experience working with various materials such as aluminum, copper, vinyl or other gutter components is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.55 per hour
