Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive high-quality traffic, and boost conversions.

Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content structuring, technical SEO, and backlink strategies.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends evaluation to inform content strategy.

Perform comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.

Implement technical SEO best practices, including structured data markup, schema implementation, and canonicalization.

Optimize content and landing pages to improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) for better search engine rankings.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

Develop and oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority while adhering to ethical SEO practices.

Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure continued search engine visibility.

Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.

Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.
Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.

Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, search intent, and white-hat SEO techniques.

Expertise in technical SEO, including website architecture, page speed optimization, structured data, and JavaScript SEO.

Strong experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Surfer SEO.

Familiarity with content marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and local SEO strategies.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
