Senior SEO Specialist- Onste

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive to join our dynamic team in Tech BPO, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-ranking SEO results, particularly for US-based service projects, with a strong understanding of local SEO and international solar project campaigns. This role requires an analytical, creative, and data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced service-based business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for US-based websites.

· Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to meet on-page SEO best practices.

· Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.

· Manage technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

· Execute and manage local SEO strategies for US cities/states and ensure Google My Business listings are optimized.

· Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across websites.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of on-site SEO experience in a professional environment.

· Proven portfolio of at least 5–6 US-based websites that rank on the first page of Google for relevant keywords.

· Experience working on service-based businesses, especially in the US market.

· Strong knowledge of local SEO, citations, NAP consistency, and geo-targeting strategies.

· Experience with international solar projects is a strong plus.

· Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google tools).

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.

· Excellent communication skills and team collaboration experience.

· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and how they impact search indexing.

Shift Timings: 8am-5pm, (Mon-Fri)

Slary Package: Rs. 70,000- 90,000.
