SEO - Manager

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic growth for our online presence across business verticals. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned SEO professional with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
Minimum Experience - 3 years
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase online visibility.
● Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
● Collaborate with content creators to ensure on-page SEO best practices are followed and that content is optimized for search engines.
● Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues that may hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
● Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. ● program in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure the site is accessible and easy to follow and for increased interaction with visitors - this may involve working on video and PDFs
● Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices in SEO to adapt strategies accordingly.
● Identify and pursue opportunities for off-page SEO, including link building and infl uencer outreach.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation teams, to align SEO efforts with broader business goals. ● drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building ● use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content - giving you more authority. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
● Implement local SEO strategies.
● Manage SEO budgets effectively and provide ROI analysis for SEO campaigns.
● Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and SEO tools, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of SEO trends.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fi eld.
● Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings. Startup experience is a plus
● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
● Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization.
● Familiarity with local SEO strategies and best practices is a plus.
● SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) are a must.
