Role Description - SEO Executive:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to join our team of experts. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our comprehensive SEO strategy, driving organic performance and increasing the volume of organic leads and rankings for our esteemed clientele.

Salary: 40,000/- - 80,000/- (Per Month)

Timings: 8:00 (AM) to 4:00 (PM)

Office Location: Main Boulevard Gulberg.

Note: This is not a remote-based job.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Execution: Take charge of implementing the SEO strategy by utilizing your

hands-on expertise to conduct analysis and collaborate with our Product & Technology team for seamless implementation.

2. Reporting and Insights: Regularly generate technical, content, and ranking reports,

providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

3. Keyword Research and Content Creation: Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover new opportunities and inform compelling content creation initiatives.

4. Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a strong understanding of technical aspects, such as HTML, WordPress, URL hierarchies, redirects, schema, and page speed, to optimize on-site elements.

5. Google Search Console Expertise: Showcase your in-depth knowledge of Google Search Console and its functionalities, effectively resolving non-indexing or other search console

issues.

6. Off-Site Link Building: Demonstrate familiarity with off-site link building tactics and hygiene factors to further enhance organic performance.

7. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm updates, SEO industry news, and trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

8. Project Management: Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion

independently.

9. Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at

catering to diverse audiences.

10. Expertise and Creativity: Showcase your deep industry knowledge and adaptability to the evolving digital landscape, leveraging your creative abilities to produce engaging content for various channels.

11. Client Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly reports for our clients,

showcasing the impact of our SEO efforts.

12. Team Development: Train and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Has 1.5+ years of experience in SEO.
• Possesses a strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with proven success in developing and implementing impactful SEO strategies.
• Is passionate about SEO and digital marketing.
• Is proficient with SEO tools and software such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, MOZ, and Screaming Frog.
• Is technically savvy, with the ability to use multiple systems proficiently.
• Has client management experience in an SEO environment.
• Can build rapport with customers and develop trusted, consultative relationships.
• Has a full grasp of the importance of backlinks and the skills to acquire them from various sources.
• Is a creative thinker who loves to think outside the box.
