Do you geek out over technical SEO but also love working with content teams to bring strategies to life? We’re looking for an SEO Manager who can connect the dots between data, content, and paid search—someone who can boost our rankings, improve site health, and make sure our SEO and Google Ads efforts are working hand-in-hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives
• Running site audits, fixing technical issues, and ensuring our website stays fast, healthy, and search-friendly
• Partnering with the content writing team to create optimized blogs, landing pages, and web copy that actually rank
• Supporting link-building campaigns and off-page SEO efforts
• Analyzing performance data, building reports, and giving clear recommendations to improve ROI
• Collaborating with the Google Ads team to align paid and organic search strategies for maximum visibility
• Staying ahead of Google algorithm updates, new tools, and SEO best practices so our strategy never falls behind

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on technical SEO experience (site audits, schema, page speed, indexing, etc.)
• Proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience working alongside content writers and paid ads specialists
• Strong communication and leadership skills—you can guide, explain, and make SEO clear for everyone
• A mix of strategic and detail-oriented—you love both the big picture and the technical nitty-gritty

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
