About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and analytical
SEO Specialist
to take ownership of our organic search strategy. This is a professional role that requires deep knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices across technical, content, and off-page optimization. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to implement SEO strategies that improve search visibility, boost organic traffic, and maximize ROI across multiple brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
comprehensive SEO strategies
aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns

Perform
in-depth technical SEO audits
(site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, etc.) and implement fixes with developers

Conduct
advanced keyword research
to identify high-value, intent-driven search opportunities

Build and manage
content strategies
with clear SEO roadmaps, including topic clusters and long-tail keyword targeting

Lead
on-page optimization
(metadata, internal linking, structured data, UX recommendations) to improve rankings and user engagement

Drive
off-page SEO initiatives,
including outreach, link acquisition, and digital PR campaigns

Monitor and analyze performance KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions, CTRs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other professional tools

Provide regular
SEO performance reports
with actionable insights for stakeholders

Stay ahead of
Google algorithm updates
and industry trends, ensuring continuous adaptation and innovation

Collaborate with web and content teams to ensure all new campaigns, product launches, and websites are
SEO-friendly from day one
Qualifications

Proven track record of
3+ years of professional SEO experience
(agency or in-house)

Strong technical SEO expertise, including site audits, crawl analysis, schema, and page speed optimization

Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
(to communicate effectively with developers)

Strong understanding of
content marketing, user intent, and search psychology

Experience with
multi-language or multi-regional SEO
(a plus for GCC/global markets)

Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

Automotive or e-commerce industry experience is highly preferred
