Paragon Properties is focused on luxury and investment property across the UAE. We combine high-performance brokerage with a strong digital presence through our own platform, paragonproperties.ae, and leading portals.


We are now building our in-house SEO & Growth function to reduce dependency on external vendors and drive qualified buyer, seller, landlord and investor leads directly through our own digital channels.


This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who can own SEO end-to-end and tie it directly to lead generation and revenue, not just rankings and traffic.


Role Summary


You will be responsible for growing Paragon’s organic presence (search + on-site) and turning that visibility into qualified leads for our sales teams across Dubai and RAK.


You will:

• Build and execute a data-driven SEO & content strategy for paragonproperties.ae. 

• Work closely with leadership (COO, Sales Directors, Marketing) to tie SEO performance to closed deals and brokerage commission.

• Define KPIs, implement tracking, and be accountable for performance against those KPIs.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Ownership

• Own the SEO roadmap for Paragon across:

• Technical SEO (site health, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals)

• On-page optimisation (landing pages for locations, communities, projects, services)

• Content strategy (articles, guides, community pages, investor content)

• Local SEO (Google Business Profiles, local intent, “near me” searches)

• Turn business goals (villa sales, off-plan, luxury leasing, RAK expansion, etc.) into prioritised SEO initiatives.


Technical & On-Site SEO

• Audit and optimise paragonproperties.ae for:

• Site structure, internal linking, canonicalisation, sitemaps

• Page speed and Core Web Vitals

• Mobile performance and UX on key lead pages

• Work with our developers / web team (or external devs where relevant) to implement technical changes and measure impact.


Content & Authority

• Plan and brief SEO-focused content that supports:

• Key communities (e.g. Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Town Square, Marina, etc.)

• Buyer / investor journeys (guides, FAQs, process content)

• “Why Paragon” and exclusive / boutique positioning.

• Ensure content is search-led but brand-aligned and drives enquiries, not just impressions.


Analytics, Attribution & KPIs

• Set up and maintain tracking across:

• GA4 / analytics for organic sessions & behaviour

• CRM / lead forms for source/medium tracking and lead quality

• Rankings for a defined keyword set (communities, projects, “buy/rent in Dubai”, etc.)

• Build dashboards that connect:

• Organic traffic ➝ SEO leads ➝ viewings ➝ closed deals ➝ commission.

• Define and report monthly on agreed KPIs:

• Organic traffic to key pages

• Qualified SEO leads / enquiries

• Conversion rate from SEO traffic to enquiry

• Keyword rankings for priority themes

• Contribution of SEO to closed deals / revenue (with sales).


Experimentation & Continuous Improvement

• Run A/B tests or iterative experiments on key landing pages and forms to improve conversion rate.

• Proactively identify opportunities:

• New community pages

• New landing pages for campaigns / developments

• Fixes to drop-offs in the funnel.

• Propose and execute experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria, document learnings.


Internal Collaboration & Reporting

• Work directly with leadership to:

• Agree annual targets and quarterly milestones.

• Review performance vs baseline and targets.

• Prepare simple, clear monthly performance reports and quarterly strategy reviews that management can actually act on (not vanity metrics).


What Success Looks Like in 12 Months


By month 12, a successful SEO & Growth Specialist in this role will have:

• Increased organic traffic to high-value pages (communities, projects, “List with us”, etc.) significantly vs the starting baseline.

• Delivered a measurable uplift in qualified SEO leads, tracked in our CRM and attributed correctly.

• Demonstrated that SEO is contributing a meaningful, traceable share of closed deals and brokerage commission, with clear attribution rules.

• Built a KPI framework and reporting rhythm that leadership trusts and uses in decision-making.

• Reduced our relative dependency on portal-driven leads by making our own site a stronger acquisition channel.


If you can’t connect your work directly to leads and revenue, this role is not for you.


Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in:

• Real estate, property portals, classifieds, marketplaces, or similarly competitive verticals.

• Strong track record of driving organic growth that led to real business outcomes (leads, signups, sales), not just traffic.

• Deep understanding of:

• Technical SEO (crawling, indexation, CWV, structured data)

• On-page optimisation

• Keyword research and intent mapping

• Internal linking strategies at scale.

• Strong analytics & attribution skills:

• Comfortable in GA4 and similar tools

• Experience integrating SEO data with CRM / lead tracking

• Able to define and manage KPIs, baselines, and performance reviews.

• Experience setting up and running performance frameworks:

• KPIs + baselines + targets

• Performance reviews + remediation plans

• Clear “what happens if we’re behind target” logic.

• Ability to brief and QA content (you don’t have to be a copywriter, but you must know exactly what high-performing SEO content looks like).

• Comfortable working on-site in Dubai, collaborating with brokers, marketing and leadership.
