About the Role

We are looking for a Search Engine Specialist to lead and execute our organic and paid search strategy. You will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing qualified traffic, and driving measurable growth through SEO, search ads, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, clustering, and mapping for service pages, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Optimize metadata, internal linking, URL structures, schema markup, and content readability.
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals).

Content & Growth

  • Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized content briefs and outlines.
  • Ensure content matches search intent and supports ranking and conversion goals.
  • Build and manage white-hat backlink outreach and digital PR campaigns.
  • Support local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and local rank tracking.

Search Advertising (SEM/PPC)

  • Plan and run Google Search campaigns (budgeting, targeting, ad copy, A/B testing).
  • Optimize Quality Score, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Set up conversion tracking and remarketing audiences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance with GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions; provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Use data to propose improvements and new growth experiments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of search ranking factors and algorithm updates.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, indexing, structured data, sitemaps).
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns preferred).
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tools You Should Know

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Screaming Frog
  • Looker Studio (or similar reporting dashboards)
  • WordPress/Elementor SEO workflows (preferred)

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in organic traffic and qualified leads
  • Improvement in keyword rankings (top 3 / top 10)
  • Core Web Vitals and technical health score
  • CTR and conversion rate from search
  • Cost per lead and ROAS for search ads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
