Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a performance-oriented SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital visibility, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, analytics, and content optimization, along with strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach. This role involves executing both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to support effective SEO strategies.
Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and blog articles in accordance with SEO standards.
Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building, outreach campaigns, and technical SEO enhancements.
Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, site speed, and technical performance.
Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across all digital assets.
Monitor, analyze, and report website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Track search engine algorithm updates, competitor performance, and ranking trends to refine and adjust SEO strategies.
Identify opportunities to enhance domain authority, organic visibility, and keyword performance.
Stay informed about emerging SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO methodologies.
Practical experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture (preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
