Job Description
Our client, a Branding, Website Design and Development company based in Dubai, is looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who can combine strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll drive content, campaigns, and community to fuel our clients growth from the ground up.
Job Requirements
1. Campaigns & Strategy
. Develop, execute, and maintain client SEO strategies and plans and provide analysis
. Translate clients' business goals and marketing objectives into successful search engine optimization strategies
. Conduct technical site audits and content strategies
. Exhibit strong SEO expertise across verticals and across technical and content skill sets
. Establish and maintain project management processes to manage multiple SEO projects at once
. Plan and execute integrated campaigns (Social, Email, Paid, PR) that build awareness and drive sign-ups.
. Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
. Run campaigns end-to-end (briefing, content review, reporting).
.Develop SEO best practice for the different brands you work with, lead discussions with internal stakeholders, and ensure progress and performance is reported regularly
. Stay up to date with the latest SEO industry and news, and share knowledge internally
2. Content & Storytelling
. Write sharp copy for ads, landing pages, websites, emails, and scripts.
. Publish blog posts, newsletters, and social posts that educate and inspire our target audience.
3. Analytics & Optimisation
. Monitor KPIs (CAC, CPL, conversion funnels, engagement, retention).
. Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Power BI to track and optimize.
. Run A/B tests and continuously iterate on campaigns.
Requirements
. 2–5 years’ experience in brand, content, or growth marketing (startup/fintech/proptech a plus).
. Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and mobile optimization is a plus.
. Experience with keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
. Fluent in English
. Strong copywriter, clear, persuasive, strategic.
. Data-driven and analytical, you care about what works and track it.
. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
. Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Power BI (experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, WebEngage, or CleverTap is a strong plus)
. Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and genuinely user-focused.
. Motivated to challenge how people think about Branding, Website, and eCommerce.
. Background in a marketing agency is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
