Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
SEO Team Leader
to head our SEO efforts and guide a growing team of SEO specialists and content creators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization, both technically and strategically, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings, driving traffic, and generating measurable business results. This role will require a hands-on leader with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the SEO team, ensuring high performance and continuous learning

Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive
SEO strategies
aligned with client and company goals

Manage and oversee
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
activities across multiple projects

Conduct in-depth
SEO audits
and provide actionable insights for website optimization

Perform regular
keyword research
, competitive analysis, and performance tracking

Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites

Design and manage
link-building campaigns
and outreach strategies

Analyze SEO performance using tools like
Google Analytics

Search Console

Ahrefs

SEMrush
, etc.

Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients

Stay updated with the latest
search engine algorithm updates

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum
4 years of hands-on SEO experience
, including
at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role

Strong experience with
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Prior experience in a
digital marketing agency
is highly desirable

Deep understanding of
search engine algorithms
, ranking factors, and content optimization

Proficiency in
SEO tools
: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Experience with
HTML, CSS
