Search Marketing Specialist:

Long Point Digital is looking for a full-time Search Marketing Specialist. The work of this position encompasses a broad range of digital marketing skills and platforms including SEO, research, reporting analytics, and more. This is an entry-level position designed to develop the employee’s functional knowledge of digital marketing and will work with various departments to implement tactical SEO strategies and measurable goals for clients through organic traffic.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in SEO and PPC management is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools
• Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics (preferred but not required).
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
• Reliable and self motivated with the ability to work with other employees and on their own.
• Strong desire to learn and grow on a daily basis.
• Test campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
• You will create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports.

This is an entry-level position with a growing agency. The perfect candidate is encouraged to keep up with the latest algorithm trends and analytical tools. Our agency works as a team to complete a spectrum of marketing related tasks with room to grow into working with projects outside of their expertise.

Location: Grand Junction, CO (Not Remote)

Hours: 35-40 hrs

Pay: Based on Experience
