Scope of Role:As a Coach at BFT, you will be responsible for delivering pre-designed group training sessions based on sports science. You will motivate clients, ensure their safety, and provide a positive, inclusive training experience. You will lead, execute, and create high-level member experience and relationships for any new studios until they are fully operational while increasing the number of members. You will maintain a strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, teach proper techniques, and handle member concerns to ensure a safe and effective fitness experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential members and facilitating the sale of studio memberships to support business expansion.Roles and Responsibilities:1.
