Stratacomm is seeking a seasoned, passionate, resourceful, and results-driven Account Supervisor to join our Marketing practice group and support a portfolio of clients. Account Supervisors are experienced integrated communications practitioners, growing strategists, and emerging leaders who specialize in their practice area. Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution &amp; Production<ul><li>Collaborate across teams to monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns run as planned and within approved parameters.</li><li>Analyze campaign effectiveness reports and paid media performance data to extract meaningful KPIs and contribute to client-facing performance summaries.</li><li>Manage client reviews of creative concepts and provide clear, constructive feedback to internal creative teams.</li><li>Lead coordination of TV/video productions and photoshoots as they arise, serving as the primary agency liaison between the client, agency producer, creative team, and production partners.</li><li>Ensure all creative production elements align with approved strategy, brand guidelines, and client objectives.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Lead the development of project timelines; track, schedule, and monitor progress across workstreams. Experience with Asana is a plus.</li><li>Support account leads with financial management, including scoping new projects, maintaining budget trackers, managing campaign budgets, reviewing time entries for invoicing, and preparing monthly activity reports.</li><li>Assist in developing written communications for special projects, including high-level client presentations, talking points, strategy memos, and research reports.</li><li>Oversee the quality and final production of all deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing and/or advertising programs, with demonstrated experience building timelines, developing and managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams &mdash; preferably within a fully integrated marketing communications agency.</li><li>Demonstrated strong working knowledge of paid media channels (video, audio, OOH, digital display/programmatic, and social media), delivery tactics, and performance metrics.</li><li>Experience working with or on behalf of federal government clients preferred but not required; familiarity with government communications requirements and approval processes is a plus.</li><li>Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Experience supervising projects and deliverables by setting priorities, ensuring quality control, and meeting team and client deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in marketing and paid media; familiarity with adjacent communications disciplines (PR, stakeholder engagement, etc.) as they relate to integrated campaigns.</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to independently deliver client-ready, clear, concise, and compelling copy, alongside expert attention to detail and editing.</li><li>Polished oral communication and presentation skills; comfortable and confident presenting ideas and recommendations to senior clients, including government stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, actionable recommendations to clients.</li><li>Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to the highest professional standards.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).</li><li>Previous experience working on video/TV production is a plus, but not a requirement.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.</li></ul>

Position Overview The Account Supervisor is a central force connecting the kitchen/Customer Service Center (CSC) with our airline partners, driving smooth communication, flawless coordination, and exceptional service delivery. In addition, the Account Supervisor leads a team of six warehouse employees, in collaboration with the Account Management team, to oversee daily execution, workflow efficiency, and adherence to operational standards. Work location: onsite @ our Sky Chefs facility @ Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Work schedule: Monday-Friday day hours, however must be flexible to work outside of standard business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate Compensation &amp; Benefits Competitive Base Salary + Annual Incentive Plan Medical, Dental, Vision &ndash; starts Day 1 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off, Sick Leave &amp; Holidays Tuition Reimbursement &ndash; support for professional development Free Parking &amp; Daily Meals What You'll Do Account &amp; Customer Operations Act as primary point of contact between kitchen/CSC, airline partners, and Key Account Manager Maintain customer specifications, measurement systems, and service requirements across departments Ensure accurate billing, provisioning, and management of customer‑specific inventory and par levels Support on‑time flight departures in accordance with catering and airline guidelines Coordinate airline CSC evaluations; distribute feedback and ensure timely responses Track quality scores, flight attendant feedback, and delay data; maintain related databases Support special customer projects and airline cycle changes Assist Executive Chef with menu presentations and chef tables as needed Compliance &amp; Quality Monitor compliance with customer specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards (FDA, HACCP, GQS) Ensure adherence to airline safety expectations and internal operating procedures Coordinate with Quality Management to address findings and corrective actions Team Oversight &amp; Development Guide, coach, and develop employees in alignment with local leadership and customer account requirements Reinforce company values, safety practices, and quality standards Support company initiatives including Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, HACCP, and Global Quality Standards Financial &amp; Operational Management Monitor inventory accuracy, equipment counts, and cost controls Support budget planning and expense management; initiate corrective actions for variances Scope &amp; Impact Direct oversight of frontline employees (including warehouse staff, where applicable) Operational impact on airline customer satisfaction, service reliability, and regulatory compliance High cross‑functional interaction with Operations, Quality, Culinary, and Account Management What We Look for in a Candidate Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for direct account management responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, address service issues, and act as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Language skills: Bilingual is preferred to support effective communication with the team but not required Experience in large-scale, diverse, operations-focused environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority. Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated knowledge of product and labor cost drivers, with a track record of analyzing and managing cost variances. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based applications.
