<div><p>As an Accounting Advisory Senior Associate, you will be responsible for teams that consult with clients on complex accounting transactions. You will help clients address their transactional, regulatory, and strategic needs &mdash; all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. More specifically, support on complex accounting matters arising from regulatory or strategic business changes such as adoption of new accounting standards, accounting framework conversions, IPO or other public offering assistance and on-call accounting advice, among others. </b></p><ul><li>Leading multiple engagements and consult on complex accounting transactions
</li><li>Consult on technical accounting matters including adoption of new accounting standards, preparing technical accounting positions, and providing support around transaction audit review

</li><li>Preparation of financial statements and SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and preparation of pro-forma financial views

</li><li>Provide on-call assistance
