Core Responsibilities: Reception: Act as the first point of contact by answering phones and providing direction or assistance to callers. Visitor Relations: Greet all visitors with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, handling requests efficiently to maintain a hospitable atmosphere. Liturgical &amp; Sacramental Support Mass Scheduling: Coordinate the monthly Mass calendar for clergy. Sacramental Records: Process requests and type official certificates for Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, and Marriages. Intercessory Prayers: Compose weekly prayers and announcements for weekend Masses, drawing from liturgical guides and current events. Life Events: Coordinate the logistics for Baptisms and Funerals, including scheduling with priests, musicians, and appropriate staff.</p>
