Tuition Assistance Program (STAP), the Tricare Premium Reimbursement Program (TPRP), and the Childcare<br>
Assistance Program (CAP). This position will communicate effectively with potential, new, and current MING<br>
service members as well as other Directorates with an understanding of the current policies and procedures for<br>
these programs. This position will perform a preliminary review and evaluation of program documentation,<br>
process applications and answer inquiries regarding status of documentation. This position will also reconcile<br>
armory inventory, process service member packets and payroll during MING activation missions, and process<br>
Military Family Relief Fund (MFRF) applications.<br>

 The Record Office is a complex work area responsible for the interpretation of Court documents, intake and release of all prisoners, transfer of prisoners within and outside of the Department, review, processing of all pending felony charges and outstanding felony warrants. The Record Office ensures the daily inmate count is accurate based on the completion of the daily Bulletin and review of all movements into and out of the facility. This position researches and analyzes data from MDOC and outside agency databases and prepares reports on a daily basis to assist other facility staff. Review and interpreted of data from the Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN), Offender Management Network Information system (OMNI), Corrections Offender Management System (COMS), and Michigan Criminal Justice Information Network (MiCJIN), JDW (Judicial Data Warehouse) and various Court Registers of Action. Makes independent decisions as to what information is accurate and if follow-up with various agencies is necessary with regard to open dispositions on LEIN. Contacts MSP to have them update prisoners Criminal History record if research reveals the disposition of a previously open LEIN Arrest and/or Charge Segment. In addition to those duties listed above, this position is also responsible for data entry, file maintenance and technical duties related to prisoner misconducts.

The Human Services Board is currently seeking a new Administrative Services Technician IV to provide support to our team. This position is based at our main office in Montpelier, VT. The Human Services Board receives, schedules and hears appeals from certain programs within the Agency of Human Services. This position mainlyprovides high level clerical support - including appeal intake, editing memoranda and recommended orders, drafting form letters and hearing notices, filing, copying, mailing, and having phone/email contact with the public/appellants, administrative staff, and hearing officers. You will have frequent contact with members of the public, board members, and attorneys.<br>
Ideal candidates for this position will have some experience working in a law office or similar environment and strong editing and proofreading skills. You should also be a strong communicator, both over the phone and in writing. Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Outlook email and calendaring, as well as a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, are needed. The Board's case management system runs on a Salesforce platform; while this position requires becoming familiar with this system, previous experience with Salesforce is not required.<br>
This position reports directly to our Legal Hearing &amp; Support Specialist and will work closely with other staff as well. The position is based on-site but with some potential for partial remote work.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>

This Academic Support Position will include working in classroom, small group settings or working alongside the school interventionist to provide literacy or math instruction based on student need. The position may include working with various levels of proficiency to allow the classroom teacher to work with students needing more specialized instruction. The position may include working with some small groups of students needing assistance or a small group of students that work more independently needing supervision or limited feedback. The Academic Support Technician position may include monitoring the progress of the students and identifying those who are not progressing.
