We are tasked with staffing The Dayton VA Medial Center with Primary Care Providers - Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Advanced Medical Assistants. The Primary Care Providers is expected to do the following:<ul><li>
Primary Care Providers, Physician, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners, RN, LPN, and AMSA shall be present on time for any scheduled clinic as documented by physical presence in the clinic at the scheduled start time.</li><li>
RNs shall determine the appropriate course of treatment and communicate in person or by phone with the referring clinicians</li><li>
 AMSA shall perform a full range of receptionist duties: customer service, maintain appointment schedules for one or more clinics or units, operating office machines. store, distribute, account for stores of materials, deliver messages, be knowledgeable of business standards and/or operating procedures within each respective clinic or ward, assist with clinic access contingency plans by adjusting appointment times/locations/dates as well as shift patients to other healthcare providers as conflict with staffing and/or coverage occurs.</li><li>
 AMSA shall be able to manage the administrative nonclinical aspect of the Primary care team, that includes but not limited to scheduling, and is expected to facilitate any action from inception to closure by tasking, tracking, supporting required functions and other patient activities</li><li>
 The team works collaboratively with other members of an expanded healthcare team to include all necessary services and employees in the facility to provide a robust interdisciplinary approach to care</li><li>
Shall conduct a daily review of active/pending consults, Recall, return to clinic list communications for accuracy and disposition</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Graduation from a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)</li><li>
A current license from the Ohio Board of Nursing</li><li>
Current certification in CPR by an American Health Association Vendor</li><li>

The Medical College of Wisconsin&rsquo;s Department/Division/Program of Surgery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty medical care within the Trauma and Acute Care in the clinic outpatient setting. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching.</div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Order, perform, and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures and tests, and appropriately communicates and documents information.</li><li>

Facilitates and communicates with patient, family and staff to promote continuity of care across the continuum of care.</li><li>
Attend required training and meets key regulatory requirements, including those of the privileging institution, CMS, and the Join Commission.</li><li>
Evaluates quality outcomes for the patients receiving care of this team through participation in the development of quality indicators and outcomes dashboard.</li><li>

Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Trauma and Acute Care - Outpatient

<div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Summary:</h3>
The Transplant Service Line at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&amp;MCW) and the MCW Division of Transplant Surgery are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to serve as the APP Manager-Transplant Surgery. This role provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Advanced Practice Providers across the transplant service including Inpatient, Transplant ICU (TICU), consulting services, and ambulatory practices.
The APP Manager partners in a triad leadership model with transplant physician leadership and administrative leaders to advance clinical excellence, program growth, workforce development, and patient safety across multi-organ transplant programs including liver, kidney, and pancreas populations.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the APP Manager maintains clinical practice within the Transplant Service Line contributing to the care of complex, high-acuity transplant patients.

Lead a high-performing APP team in a nationally recognized transplant program with strong outcomes and an innovative focus.
</li><li>Practice in a high-acuity environment, including transplant ICU and hospital multi-disciplinary teams.

Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Manager - Transplant Surgery

<div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Summary:</h3>
The Medical College of Wisconsin&rsquo;s Department of Surgery, Division of Transplant Surgery is seeking a Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide night-time specialty care for the Transplant Surgery service. The APP will provide care for patients of the Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&amp;MCW) Transplant Service Line located in Milwaukee, WI as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Advanced Practice Provider will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality, improvement, and teaching while delivering high-quality overnight coverage.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Highlights:</h3><ul><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary Health care teams in diagnosis and treatment of Kidney/Pancreas and Liver Program patients as a member of the Transplant Surgery team</li><li>
Manage the transplant population including evaluation and preoperative care, as well as follow up postoperative care and coordination of on-going care</li><li>
Develop expertise in cross continuum care management and treatment interventions specific to this patient population</li><li>

<div>At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $20.00 to $28.00 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
The Senior Medical Assistant responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day clinical operations to support the delivery of safe, high quality clinical care, treatment, services and workflows. The Senior Medical assistant in the office setting is a specialty requiring a variety of skills, including but not limited to: Receptionist, registration duties, data collection for billing procedures, charge posting, maintains appointment schedules, and provides appropriate patient instructions per physician orders. This position will be assigned to cover any MA assignment and can be cross trained throughout Primary Care and Specialty Practices.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE: 
Required:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Demonstrated MA competencies or equivalent MA experience gained through any of the following: MA Certificate, Associates degree in Medical Assisting, CNA (or LNA), EMT, PCT certificate, Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.</li>
<li>Medical Assistant with a minimum of relevant 2 years&rsquo; work experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work well as a member of a team.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul><li>Medical Assistant with relevant 5 years&rsquo; work experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience in an ambulatory or specialty practice setting.</li>
<li>Advanced medical degree (RN, PA, NP, or MD).</li>
<li>Computer skills.</li>
<li>Bi-Lingual speaking, Spanish and English.</li></ul>
