This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. This position is rooted within the <b>Client Advisory &amp; Management Services</b> practice. The CAMS team partners closely with clients to strengthen and modernize their finance and accounting functions. Our professionals deliver hands‑on support across day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, month‑end close, audit readiness, budgeting, and process improvement, helping organizations operate more efficiently and make informed business decisions. The team serves a diverse client base from entrepreneurial and growth‑stage companies to established middle‑market organizations, across a variety of industries. CAMS works directly with business owners, CFOs, and leadership teams, acting as an extension of the client&rsquo;s internal finance function while leveraging technology and best practices to scale operations and drive long‑term success.</p><p><b>

The<b> Senior Associate</b> in our Client Advisory and Management Services team will be expected to supervise and review work from our bookkeepers, including monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting, and tackle non-routine projects that our clients need. In addition to being a resource to other supported team members, Senior Associates can be expected to assist with onboarding new clients and documenting policies and procedures for bookkeeping processes. Experience with Quickbooks Online and BILL is a plus, as well as familiarity with budgeting, invoicing and payroll.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Associate Data Engineer</p><p></p><p>
As a Consultant &ndash; Associate Data Engineer you will design, build, and optimize modern data solutions for our mid‑market and enterprise clients. Working primarily inside the Microsoft stack (Azure, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric), you will transform raw data into trusted, analytics‑ready assets that power dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI use cases. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and client stakeholders while sharpening both your technical depth and consulting skills.</p><p></p><p>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>
Data Engineering: Develop scalable, well‑documented ETL/ELT pipelines using T‑SQL, Python, Azure Data Factory/Fabric Data Pipelines, and Databricks; implement best‑practice patterns for performance, security, and cost control.</p></li><li><p>
Modeling &amp; Storage: Design relational and lakehouse models; create Fabric OneLake shortcuts, medallion‑style layers, and dimensional/semantic models for Power BI.</p></li><li><p>
Quality &amp; Governance: Build automated data‑quality checks, lineage, and observability metrics; contribute to CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps or GitHub.</p></li><li><p>
Client Delivery: Gather requirements, demo iterative deliverables, document technical designs, and translate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.</p></li><li><p>

Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Education &ndash; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Experience &ndash; 2&ndash;3 years delivering production data solutions, preferably in a consulting or client‑facing role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li></ul><p>
**Strong T‑SQL for data transformation and performance tuning.</p><p>
