This senior role will be responsible for driving team maturity, ensuring Agile resource effectiveness, maintaining playbook consistency, and achieving measurable business value across multiple teams, with planned expansion. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

This role is responsible for establishing methods and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance across all task areas, while simultaneously serving as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on SAFe practices. The Program Manager provides contract execution oversight, stakeholder coordination, and financial management for the successful delivery of Tax Credit solution capabilities in alignment with Government requirements and contract commitments.
