<div>The Flight Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the general duties and requirements of a dynamic, 24/7 flight operations team. Responsible for monitoring and selecting preferred vendor services such as FBOs, international support agencies, fuelers, caterers, hotels, and ground transportation services. This includes collecting vendor data, maintaining information in a centralized database.</li><li>
Responsible for notifying all bases and the ground support staff of daily aircraft departures and arrivals.</li><li>
Responsible for managing the internal Dispatch trip checklist and confirming completion of all items prior to execution of the flight.</li><li>
Responsible for reviewing, in collaboration with the assigned PIC, weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs for all scheduled airports for maximum operational awareness and making necessary recommendations related to operational impacts.</li><li>

Relays instructions and assignments given by Motor Truck Foreman and Vehicle Services Management Team to Motor Truck Drivers throughout the airport via two-way radios and pagers; maintains communications during emergency or stand-by alert incidents</li><li>Calls out and notifies Motor Truck Drivers to report for work during emergency or snow operations; prepares manual and computerized manpower reports</li></ul>

NOTE: New employees are required to complete all training requirements including working knowledge of specialized CDA equipment used for duty assignments, snow removal and airport emergencies within 60 days and pass an examination for competency. The training will consist of: Radio Phraseology, CDA Operations (duty assignments and equipment familiarization), emergency response SOPs, Winter Operations, and functional knowledge of the Electronic Logging System. There will be a 30-day training evaluation with a Foreman and/or Manager. 
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
This position requires applicants to complete a written test / skills assessment. Test results will be sent out by the Department of Human Resources after the test results have been analyzed and compiled. Bidders who receive a passing score on the test will be hired in seniority order according to the collective bargaining agreement. External candidates who receive a passing score on the test will be hired in lottery/random order. 
Preference will be given to candidates possessing the following:<ul><li>At least 2 years of airfield/airport experience</li><li>Valid Commercial Driver's License with X Endorsement</li></ul>

Must perform general cleanup of work areas in and around the conveyor equipment at a frequency required to maintain units free of trash, dirt and debris. <div>Technicians must be able to perform the following functions in variable weather and environmental conditions:</div>
