Job Title: Application EngineerRole SummaryThe Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-implementation phase. Supply Chain &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Order Execution: Release official orders to Principals (Manufacturers) for the production of items, ensuring all technical specs are clearly communicated.</li><li>Production Follow-up: Proactively monitor and follow up on order status with Principals to ensure production timelines are met.</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Ensure all necessary shipping documents are received and verified prior to shipment.</li><li>Delivery Management: Coordinate seamlessly between the customer and the warehouse to facilitate the timely delivery of materials to project sites.</li></ul>4.  Required Experience And Skills

 Fifteen (15) years relevant post graduate experience in Oil &amp; Gas industry with an extensive technical expertise and track record of leading electrical engineering team in complex projects.

 <li>
 Experience of all project stages (i.e. Feasibility/Concept Optimisation, FEED, EPIC, Commissioning/troubleshooting) is desired.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working as Client Engineer is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to identify and utilise relevant engineering standards and codes related to Electrical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable coach/mentoring experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven capability to manage time, cost and quality in design and engineering of projects within multiple projects handling environment.

 <li>
 Self-motivated person with a desire to solve complex engineering problems, effective team leadership, good communications and presentation skills with fluency in English.

 Solid Technical Report writing skills (in English).
