The Architectural Products Designer serves as Insidesource&rsquo;s subject matter expert on architectural products, partnering closely with New Business Development, Sales, and Project Management teams to deliver successful wall solutions. This role requires frequent collaboration with external partners&mdash;including Architects, Interior Designers, client Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and building owners&mdash;to ensure seamless project execution. The Designer will provide comprehensive design services to dealership customers, working in tandem with sales, order entry, and installation teams to produce accurate plans and specifications. Operating with minimal supervision, this position manages larger, more complex design assignments, exercising a high degree of initiative, independent judgment, and technical expertise.</div><div></div> 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Use CET software to create wall layouts for commercial projects from initial budgetary development to specifications, shop drawings and final installation plans</li><li>
Work independently on the development of original designs or adaptations requiring specialized experience</li><li>
Support the Insidesource sales teams in their efforts to win demountable wall business by being a technical resource in conversations with end users, Designers and General Contractors</li><li>
Work with account teams to develop a clear understanding of what is required for each project</li><li>
Provide team feedback on specification concerns and product application issues</li><li>
Provide an estimate of design hours required for specified scope of work</li><li>
Collaborate with internal designers for seamless integration of furniture and architectural projects</li><li>
Review shop drawings from vendors to insure correct integration within project space and adherence to design intent prior to client review and approval</li><li>
Audit projects and review all production drawings and information for accuracy</li><li>
Perform specification checking and assist with audits for projects within the department</li><li>

Pay &amp; Benefits 
 
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $260,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<ul><li>
5+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)</li><li>
5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches &amp; Cisco IOS implementations</li><li>
5+ years of experience utilizing Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network protocols</li><li>
5+ years of experience in developing presentations, integrating technical &amp; non-technical content</li><li>
5+ years of experience with written and verbal communication and presentations</li><li>
Ability to support after-hours deployments and rotational on-call</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<ul><li>
10 or more years&rsquo; related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience</li><li>
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or other Cisco Certification</li><li>
Experience with any of the following: Ansible (Python/Jinga2), Python scripting, Regular Expression, Serial Data Structures (YAML/JASON), or Splunk/Analytics</li><li>
Experience with Palo Alto next generation firewall systems</li><li>
Experience with leadership and communication skills, decisive problem solving with the ability to interpret technical data and innovative solutions</li></ul>

Summary pay range Lead: $145,350 - $196,650
