As an <b>Area Director</b>, you will work side by side with teachers, children, and families to provide a home away from home for children in our community. You will oversee several child care centers in the Greater Boston Area and manage directors to ensure quality of operations are up to BrightPath standards. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the child care centers including, but not limited to: recruitment and development of staff, management of policies and procedures, child safety, environmental health/hygiene, NAEYC accreditation standards, state licensing, and other internal company policies.</p>

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Address parent complaints and concerns related to education/classroom programs</li><li>Recommend and initiate classroom reorganization including closing and openings of rooms/programs within designated centers</li><li>Direct supervision of assigned Center Directors. Oversee daily responsibilities to include management of and support to Center Directors. Area Manager

<p><b>Job Overview</b><br/>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 911 Director to lead and manage our Arenac County Central Dispatch. This vital role involves overseeing the daily operations of dispatch services, ensuring rapid and accurate response to emergency calls, and coordinating with law enforcement, fire, medical services, and other first responders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of emergency response protocols, and a passion for serving the community. As our 911 Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining public safety, optimizing dispatch processes, and fostering a team-oriented environment that prioritizes excellence in emergency response. The Director oversees budgetary functions, hiring, training, and strategic planning while ensuring legal compliance and serving as a key liaison during critical incidents. The ideal candidate has excellent resolve and composure in stressful situations and a proven track record of leadership and commitment in emergency services. This is a salaried position under contract with the Teamsters Union. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
<br><br>

<li>Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program and currently licensed in the state of Minnesota; currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota and registered with the Board of Medical practice.</li>
<li>The license must not have been revoked, suspended, and without limitations or restrictions.</li>
<li>Proof of negative Tuberculosis testing: mantoux skin test, or documentation of negative chest X-ray.</li>
<li>Access to a dependable automobile in order to travel to multiple company business stops a day.</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business.</li>
<li>Have U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.</li>
<li>Disclose any conviction and criminal history records pertaining to any crime related to the provision of health services. A candidate who has been convicted of a crime will not be hired.</li>
<li>Pass initial and ongoing background studies and screenings including but not limited to those of the Minnesota Department of Health and the Federal Office of the Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals and Entities.</li>

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

<li>Five years of progressive health care setting with management experience required. Home health Care experience preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrates critical thinking skills, the ability to follow standards/procedures, and make appropriate clinical judgments to support the provision of safe client care.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt to change, and manage a variety of assignments while establishing priorities and ensuring the necessary duties are completed.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal communication and teaching skills.</li>
<li>Ability to mentor and develop leadership and employees for assigned location.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and willing to learn new software programs; experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Outlook preferred.</li>
<li>Current CPR certification highly recommended.</li>

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000- $118,000 per year plus qualifies for a bonus incentive program.
