 8+ years of experience as a lawyer relating to grid system or major utilities construction/ engineering projects with a successful track record of handling complex international corporate and commercial transactions as well as significant claims and litigations.

 Knowledge of governmental and commercial regulations and practices, working knowledge of FIDIC and offshore contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven communication, drafting of contracts and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure.
 </li>

 Ability to travel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in both spoken &amp; written English language is required.
