 /receiving/ storage /QC analysis/ Product release/ shipping of finished goods in compliance with the objectives and the Group policy
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure implementation of L'Or&eacute;al Quality system at contract manufacturing units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure and monitor that core values of L'Or&eacute;al quality Management system and EHS guidelines are adhered and respected in true spirit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure RM, PM, Bulk and FG are controlled and analysed as per L'Or&eacute;al quality system and FDA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodically review implementation and effectiveness of quality tools, concept and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure reliable, true and traceable data and MIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan pre-Launch activities like Industrial Feasibility, Quality/Safety Risk Assessments, FDA Approvals, Contract Manufacturing Approvals, Reference Sample arrangement etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute Launch of New Formulae as per L&rsquo;Or&eacute;al standards-First Batch follow-up (Manufacturing, Filling &amp; Packing), First 3 Batch Validations, R&amp;I approvals, AOC, Stability etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate adequacy of Quality Assurance Standards and Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile and Report Monthly Quality Indicators like Consumer Complaints, ZD NC, BPC, COC, RM NC, PM NC, SQD, Promo etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate and Implement update of L&rsquo;Or&eacute;al Methods, Procedures and Requirements at Contract Manufacturers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate Consumer Complaints and non-conformance issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, Recommend and Monitor Corrective and Preventive actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs and Organize Trainings to meet Quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and support on-site audits (Quality, EHS, Social, CSD). Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as Technical link between Contract Manufacturers, Plants, R&amp;I, P&amp;D, CAD, Regulatory &amp; Suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Quality requirements like Stability, Retainer Samples, External Testing, Lab standards, Documentations etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure and implement improvement on SQD front.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate on evaluation and qualification of new subcontractors.
 </li>

 Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems.

 Drive quality &amp; Hygiene culture on subcon sites, identify gaps and roll out programs to improve by closely working with subcontractor team.
