Chief Engineer
This position will be responsible for managing the engineering team, setting technical direction, and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company goals. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise.<ul><li>
Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of all systems, facilities, and technical equipment.</li><li>
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as brand and local standards.</li><li>
