 Work experience in fabrication, offshore construction, and Inspection and Pre-commissioning activities.

 <li>
 Strong understanding of engineering design, offshore fabrication, load‑out, T&amp;I, hook‑up, pre‑commissioning and commissioning.

 Knowledge of offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ISO) and Shell DEPs.

 Solid experience with risk management, schedule control, earned value, interface management, and change management.

 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Finance Supervisor &ndash; Fiber Infrastructure Project is responsible for overseeing the financial coordination and supporting the field supervision of terrestrial infrastructure activities associated with the submarine cable project. This includes connectivity between the Cable Landing Station (CLS), terrestrial fiber routes, and integration with the national fiber network.
 
 
 The role primarily focuses on project financial management, including budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX monitoring, vendor coordination, and contractor payments. The supervisor will also oversee site activities to guarantee the execution of infrastructure deployment in accordance with approved project plans and timelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Project Financial Management (Primary Responsibility)

 Manage and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to fiber infrastructure and Cable Landing Station connectivity.
