Job Title: Executive Secretary to the ChairmanLocation: Qatar Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and confident Executive Secretary to the Chairman to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chairman of a diversified Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting senior executives or local business owners in Qatar or the GCC and possess exceptional communication, organizational, and coordination skills.The Executive Secretary will act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-up across all group companies.
