Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Barista to support both financial operations and day-to-day caf&eacute; service. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also engaging in a dynamic specialty coffee environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Manage daily financial transactions, including sales reconciliation and cash handling</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (expenses, revenue, payroll support)</li><li>Monitor cost control, inventory valuation, and supplier invoices</li><li>Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting</li><li>Coordinate with management on financial performance and cost optimization</li></ul>Barista &amp; Caf&eacute; Operations:<ul><li>Prepare high-quality coffee beverages following specialty coffee standards</li><li>Support daily caf&eacute; operations during shifts as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment care</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance</li><li>Basic to good knowledge of specialty coffee or willingness to learn</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle both administrative tasks and customer-facing responsibilities</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a caf&eacute; or hospitality environment</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software</li><li>Basic understanding of inventory management</li><li>Valid driving license</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>A dynamic role combining finance and coffee craftsmanship</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the company</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
